Easter

We had a wonderful Easter weekend! It started off by having a neighborhood party at zero eight o'clock in the morning. The kids hunted for eggs and then we all got together for breakfast. It lasted a total of 30 minutes for us because it was flippin' cold!

We then had good times dyeing some eggs. The two little ones had to sit far away, because, well, it's dye!

I think the kids looked quite nice in their Easter finery. Josh is not happy, however, because this is right after we got home from church at 2pm and he was very ready for a nap!
After nap Matt had a great time snuggling with Aunt Megan.
Our own, private egg hunt. Thanks to Megs for taking the pics!

We hope that everyone had a great Easter holiday!

Desktop Meme

1. Go to your desktop and press the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12)

2. Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and doing a Paste (CTRL + V). If you wish, you can "edit" the image before saving it. [Ignore this step if you have a decent OS]

3. Post the picture on your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop if you want. You can explain why you prefer such a look or why it is full of icons. Things like that.

4. Tag five of your friends and ask them to give you a free view of their desktops as well.

I tag all five of you who read my blog!

My mom and I took the kids to the Hogle Zoo (or "zoom" as Matt calls it) a couple of weeks ago and had a really good time! The following pics of the kids in front of the gorilla are funny because the last time we went to the zoo as a family, it was just me, Jarum, and Jacob. We have a pic of one year old Jacob in front of this very gorilla, so I thought it would be fun to show how much he, and our family, have grown!

I also got a haircut. I love it. A lot.
And as far as the rest of life is going, things are going pretty well! Jarum is doing well in Iraq and having fun playing in softball tournaments and such. The kids are all doing incredibly well and are excited to be going to California in April to visit the Boyers. And I am here doing whatever it is I do here. But whatever "it" is, I'm enjoying it and doing it really well. :D

Oh, and I am highly amused by this. *giggle*
